RoboReception is committed to making our website and services accessible to as many people as possible. We want everyone who interacts with RoboReception to have a positive experience, regardless of ability, technology, or circumstance.
This accessibility statement applies to the RoboReception website.
Our approach to accessibility
We aim to ensure our website is usable for people who may be using assistive technologies such as screen readers, voice recognition software, or keyboard-only navigation.
When designing and updating our website, we consider accessibility best practice, including:
- Clear, simple language
- Logical page structure and headings
- Consistent navigation
- Text that is readable and scalable
- Sufficient colour contrast where possible
We strive to follow the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, aiming for Level AA where reasonably achievable.
Current level of accessibility
We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing process. While much of the RoboReception website is accessible, some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
For example:
- Some third-party tools or embedded content may have accessibility limitations outside of our direct control
- Older pages or content may not fully meet current accessibility standards
- Some interactive elements may be easier to use with a mouse than with a keyboard alone
We are actively working to identify and address these issues as part of our ongoing website improvements.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
To improve accessibility, we are:
- Reviewing our website structure and content as part of regular updates
- Considering accessibility when introducing new features or pages
- Making improvements based on user feedback
- Working towards clearer documentation and testing processes for accessibility
If you experience any accessibility issues
If you find any part of the RoboReception website difficult to use, or if you need information in an alternative format, we’d like to hear from you.
Please contact us and let us know:
- The page or feature you were trying to use
- What issue you experienced
- What device, browser, or assistive technology you were using (if possible)
